Excellent job on our retaining wall
Chad and his crew did an excellent job on our retaining wall! Their work showed professionalism and they took the time to do it right by exceeding the block manufacturers specs on layup, backfill, and geo grid reinforcing. As with any retaining wall, drainage is of the utmost importance and they did everything possible to mitigate our existing poor drainage issues. The crew was friendly, courteous, and had a thorough knowledge of the job at hand. They were also amicable to a couple of last minute changes. Yes, I would highly recommend Shaylor’s Ponds and Patios for your next landscaping job. In fact, I already have by word of mouth.
Shaylor’s responded quickly
We had a leak on a pipe going to our pond filter and called three different places to get an idea on a fix. Shaylor’s responded quickly and not only fixed the leak but cleaned the pond, cut back some overgrown water lilies and installed a skimmer. It was great to see the transformation! Chad had to come back to sink the roots of the lilies twice, as they didn’t want to stay at the bottom. Lilies are blooming and frogs and fish are happy, as well as the homeowners!
