With spring right around the corner get your flower beds ready and looking good with these simple tasks!
- Clean up leaves and debris out of your beds. You will want to get this done as soon as possible before spring bulbs start to come up. There will be a lower risk of damaging bulbs by starting clean up sooner.
- Pull out any annuals that may have gotten left behind.
- Get your winter kill cut back and old growth on plants/trees/shrubs while they are still dormant. This will encourage new growth to come.
- Now is also a good time to divide/transplant perennials before new growth starts.
Hopefully with warmer weather on the way we will begin to see forsythia, crocuses, early daffodils start to bloom!
